Sundays at Church@TheGreen

We are currently meeting as normal and we would love you to join us! We do still have the option to book socially distanced seating if you would like. We have children's groups running for school years from Reception to Year 9 with a creche for under 5s. After the service we have refreshments and a time for children's tea.

You can book distanced seating for Sunday's service here.

If you can't join us, we are uploading our sermons on our Youtube channel or for audio of all of our previous services, click here.

The Adventure of Christmas

These simple 10-minute family devotions for Advent, with graphic-novel-style illustrations, explore the Gospel accounts of the first Christmas in an engaging way, and will help families keep Christ at the heart of their celebrations.

With all the Bible passages and questions already laid out, you can lead these devotions without needing any extra time to prepare, making family devotional time an achievable joy, not an unrealistic burden. There are different sets of questions for 3-4s, 5-7s, 7-12s, teens and even parents, so the whole family can enjoy looking at the Bible together.

You can get The Adventure of Christmas here.

Thinking about visiting us? Here is everything you may want to know!

Absolutely! Our doors are open to everyone, no matter what your beliefs, as we believe the good news of Jesus is for everyone.

We meet at 4pm in the main hall of Arborfield Green Community Centre where we will sing, hear the Bible read, and have teaching on a passage. During the meeting, the children leave for age-appropriate groups with teaching, games, and more.

Children are very welcome and we have a full programme for 0-14 year olds during our meetings.

Our meeting lasts around an hour and is followed by refreshments, children’s tea, and an opportunity to chat with others.

No you will not be asked to give money. If you’d like to make a donation to the church, do speak to Piers, our Minister.

Feel free to participate in as much or as little as you would like. When we celebrate The Lord’s Supper there is no pressure to participate. We’d love if you stayed for refreshments after the service so we can introduce ourselves.

All areas used during our meetings are wheelchair accessible, including accessible toilets. Printed service sheets are on offer for anyone who has difficulty reading the screens. If you have any specific concerns or questions, do get in touch.

You can find a lot of information in the menus at the top of the page, such as who’s who, midweek groups, and our youth programmes. If you’re struggling to find what you’re looking for, do get in touch on email, Facebook, or give us a call on 0118 976 0285.
